Specification of a motion

The following rules are valid for a motion given by linear trajectory τA of point A and linear trajectory τB of point B

- Point A is located on trajectory τA at each instant.

- Point B is located on trajectory τB at each instant.

- The distance ||AB|| of points does not change.

This motion and the motion given by two point envelopes, circular and point envelopes and two cicular envelopes are inverse motions.

Specification of inverse motion(motion given by two linear trajectories)

- Point A becomes the point envelope of trajectory τA.

- Point B becomes the point envelope of trajectory τB.

- The angle formed by two moving trajectories τA, τB does not change during the motion.
